20 Jul Introducing ‘Bonnie’ bedford!

We picked up the latest addition to our pizza truck fleet in early June. Meet “Bonnie” our 1963 Bedford Truck.

Like all our vehicles, Bonnie turned up serendipitously and we feel so very lucky she chose us! 

We collected her just a few days before heading off to France for a much-needed holiday and family time. Remi hadn’t been home for 12 years, so it was long overdue. 

Of course, the first thing he did after eating his Mum’s cooking was to track down pizza!

Remi grew up near Nice, in the South of France, where the first-ever pizza trucks came from. Apparently in the 17th Century, 13,000 of the 20,000 residents were from Naples, where pizza was invented, and some of the BEST pizza in the world can be eaten in Nice. So in a nutshell, Remi really loves pizza and was missing his home, hence his decision to start our first pizza truck!

We have this Winter and Spring to get our latest addition, Bonnie built, with a wedding in late November as the deadline! This will bring our food truck fleet to a total of five…. you can get to know our ‘girls’ on our About Us page.
