We have an amazing venue CAMPGROUND KITCHEN & BAR at 9 Errol Street, Braybrook in Melbourne. Book a table for a meal at Campground Kitchen and come and see us! Please note the menu might differ a bit from our catering, but it has all our favourite pizzas and will give you a good idea of our food philosophy and vibe!
Our wood fired pizzas are 12 inch in size.
We leave our dough to rise for a minimum 48 hours and our pizzas, including our dough, are handmade on the spot, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
We serve direct from our food truck/ovens, however we can offer everything from cocktail, sit-down or buffet service.
Our chefs will cook their way through your chosen pizza menu, providing a steady flow of pizzas for a set period of time. Guests can grab a whole pizza as they come out of the oven or from a buffet-style table (provided by you) if you’d prefer slices and don’t want guests to wait for food.
Guests with dietary requirements (e.g. vegan + gluten-free) can approach our chefs and order direct. We recommend serving your guests with special dietary needs first.
You can choose from wooden paddles or compostable kraft trays. We provide paper napkins. For an additional fee, we have biodegradable plates and wooden cutley sets available. Or provide your own plates for a fancier sit-down event.
We can cater for almost all dietary needs. We have an Allergen Matrix available for guests with special dietary requirements.
VEGAN If you have a small number of guests that are vegan we can provide some delicious options at $3 extra per guest.

GLUTEN FREE Fresh gluten free dough is an additional $6 per GF guest. We cook our GF pizzas on separate trays, however as they are cooked within the same oven there is a risk of cross-contamination.
*Due to the nature of our food, we cannot cater for anaphylactic coeliacs.
SET PIZZAS: Order a set number of pizzas and choose the timeframe for service. We bring a set amount of dough and ingredients to your event to avoid food wastage. If you think you might need more, you’re best to order extra and our team is happy to box up uneaten pizzas as takeaways, provided it’s within the service timeframe. You won’t be able to purchase more on the day. Minimum 80 pizzas.
ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT: We highly recommend a free-flowing pizza package to fill everyone’s belly to bursting! Our pizzas are super YUMMY and you won’t run out of food this way as we bring enough pizza for everyone plus 25% more!
We source fresh gelato and sorbet from our friends at Bianco Latte who make it the authentic Italian way!
Gelati service is straight after pizza service. Servings are offered in paper cups with biodegradable spoons.
Our team will scoop and walk around the gelato to your guests.
We offer 2-3 flavours, depending on the size of the function and serve from freezers incorporated into our food trucks (not a separate cart).
We find cups are the fastest method to feed a large crowd as they can be scooped quickly (before they melt) and served to guests on trays.

Our yummy grazing boards are served 30 minutes to one hour prior to pizza service. You or your venue will need to provide the table and any decorations, our team does the rest! The amount of food provided is based per head. It is an appetiser and not topped up (i.e. it is not all-you-can-eat). Our boards include:

Our fresh salads are served in individual bamboo bowls with wooden forks. Salads are placed on a table provided by you or the venue.

We are based in Melbourne but are always happy for new adventures! We travel up to 120 kms from our Braybrook venue, depending on the vehicle available.
We charge a travel fee to cover fuel, depreciation and staff time, based on kilometres (get a quote here).
ARRIVAL We arrive 1.5 hours before your event to set up and heat our oven. Early set-up available,
GRAZING BOARDS We serve our Grazing Boards 1/2 hour prior to pizza service (unless otherwise requested).
GELATO Gelati is served directly after pizza service.
DEPARTURE We depart approx 1 hour after the pizza service has finished, which allows our oven time to cool down and our team to clean up.

The standard pizza package includes two chefs serving directly from our food trucks/ovens, We add more chefs depending on numbers, for example, 100 guests would have 3 chefs, 150 we have 4 chefs etc. Wait staff can be hired at an additional cost (get a quote here).
Service is offered direct from the pizza truck/ovens in a relaxed and casual style. Our pizza chefs are busy creating pizzas from scratch and not available to walk food around.
If the food truck is positioned away from the main entertaining area, you have a large number of guests, and/or you prefer a more personalised service we recommend adding wait staff to your booking. They can walk around serving slices from wooden paddles to your guests, serve for sit-down events or lay pizzas on tables throughout the venue, returning to top them up and remove the empty paddles. At the end of the evening they will collect the empty paddles, and clean up napkins and food-related rubbish. Wait staff are an additional costs to your quote and we will only quote them one-month prior to events to ensure we have staff available. You are welcome to source your own wait staff also.
ALLEGRA AIRSTREAM measures 5.6m long, 3.25m high x 2.3m wide.
FARRAH BEDFORD measures 5.7m long x 2.85m high x 2.3m wide. She needs an extra 2m in width for prep tables and awnings.
MERRI THE CHEVY measures 6.5m long, 2.75m high x 2.3m wide. She also needs an additional 2m for prep tables and awnings.
TEARDROPS JOIE + GWYNETH both measure 2m high x 3m long x 2.2m wide. They need an additional 1m for prep tables.
We can park on all private properties (front lawns, driveways, etc) and some public spaces, dependent on Council permits.
Any event permits and associated costs are your responsibility. We hold a Food Trader Account and have all the required Victorian permits to cater as a food truck.
Yes!! All of our food trucks come with their own personal string of festoon lights for that swoon-worthy vibe as the sun goes down!
They are hung off our food trucks or from an umbrella or marquis with our Teadrop Trailers or portable ovens. If you would like the festoon lighting to extend beyond the truck we recommend a hire company or purchasing your own via Fat Shack Vintage.
