Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. A member of our team will review and confirm availability.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
As a mobile catering service, we operate rain, hail or shine—however, we understand that plans can change.
Our general cancellation terms are:
- More than 14 days notice: Full refund of any deposit paid (if applicable).
- Less than 14 days notice: Deposit may be forfeited, depending on circumstances.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations: Full charges may apply.
Custom arrangements may be made at our discretion. Please contact us directly with any concerns.

We may process online payments securely via third-party payment gateways such as Stripe. Happy Camper Pizza does not store your credit card details. All payment data is handled securely by the payment provider.
