We source fresh gelato and sorbet from our friends at Bianco Latte, who hand make it the authentic Italian way!
Gelato service is offered 15mins after pizza service with 2-3 flavours, depending on the size of the function.
We serve from freezers incorporated into our food trucks (not a separate cart).
Servings are offered in paper cups with biodegradable spoons as we find cups are the fastest method to feed a large crowd. They are scooped quickly and served to guests from trays by our team walking around guests after pizza service.
