We’re super flexible! You’re welcome to make changes to your guest numbers, timing, and even your catering package after booking!
About 6 weeks before your event, we’ll be in touch to start finalising the details, which is the perfect time to update your booking. We completely understand it takes time to gather RSVPs and dietary requirements, and we’re always happy to offer advice as you get closer.
The only things to keep in mind are we may have a minimum spend in place on the day (this will be noted at the bottom of your booking) and bookings can’t decrease by more than 10% once a deposit has been received (as long as the minimum spend is met). If your guest numbers do drop significantly, we’re more than happy to increase the catering instead to remain within 10% of your original booking.
Our tip? It’s always better to underestimate guest numbers when paying your deposit as we can easily add more guests or catering later on!
